摘 要：隨著人們食品安全意識的不斷提高，農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測已成為保障公眾健康的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。近年來，食品安全檢測技術(shù)在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測中發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文探討農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測中食品安全檢測技術(shù)的應(yīng)用及其重要性，以期為農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)和食品安全領(lǐng)域提供參考。

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of food safety， the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products has become a key link in ensuring public health. In recent years， food safety testing technology has played an important role in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products. This article explores the application and importance of food safety detection technology in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products， in order to provide reference for the agricultural industry and food safety field.
