【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the clinical and pathological characteristics，diffrential diagnosis，and literature review of solid pseudopapilary tumors of the pancreas，in order to improve understanding and diagnosis of this type of disease.MethodsThis article reviews two cases of solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas admittedtoXinglinBranchofXiamen UniversityAfiliatedFirst HospitalinSeptemberandDecember2014for clinicaland pathological analysis.The histopathological characteristics，immunohistochemistry，andrelevantliterature are summarized，and the latest advances in diagnosisand treatment aresummarized.ResultsThecase was confirmedby histopathological and immunohistochemical labeling results，and typical solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas have characteristic pathological morphology，often forming solid and pseudopapillary structures.The immunohistochemical results showed that Vimentin， CD1O，and β -catenin were positive. Conclusion Solid pseudopapillary pancreatic tumorcan be diagonosis bycombining clinical and histopathological features with immunohistochemical results.
