【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the application value of quantitative analysis of dynamic-enhanced magneticresonance imaging(DCE-MRI)in thediagnosis of benignand malignant diagnosis of lung nodules. MethodsA total of92 patientswith lung noduleswhounderwentCTand DCE-MRI from January2023 to December 2O23 were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital,and allpatientsunderwent puncture pathology biopsy after undergoing CT and DCE-MRI.The benign and malignant nature of the lung nodules of the patients wasconfirmed with the results of puncture pathology biopsy,and the diagnostic value of DCE-MRI for the diagnosisof benign and malignant lung nodules.ResultsTheresults of pathological testing showed that there were 49 cases of benign and 43 cases of malignant;thequantitative analysis parameters of DCE-MRI such as Ktrans,Kep,Ve,and Vp of malignant nodules were greater than those of benign nodules ( P <0.05); theAUCs for diagnosis of distinguishing benign and malignant lung nodules by Ktrans,Kep,Ve,and Vp were O.779,0.792, 0.726 and O.657,respectively.The results showed that DCE-MRI had a higher sensitivity of 95.4% (41/43), specificity of 98.0% (48/49),accuracy 96.7 % (89/92) than CT test of 79.1%(34/43),79.6% (39/49),and 79.4% (73/ 92) P<0.05) . ConclusionDCE-MRI quantitative analysis can effectively diagnose the benign and malignant lung nodules,and Ktrans and Kep values also havecertain diagnostic value for benign and malignant lung nodules.
