【Abstract】ObjectiveTo analyze the diagnostic value of serum total bilirubin （TBiL），direct bilirubin （DBiL），and indirect bilirubin（IBi）detection inpatients with coronary heart disease.MethodsFortypatients with coronary heart disease treated inour hospital from November 2O22 to October 2O24 wereselectedas the observation group，and 4O y individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of TBiL，DBiL and IBiL were compared between the two groups， and receiver operating characteristic（ROC） curves were plotted to analyze diagnostic eficacy.ResultsThe serum levels of TBiL，DBiL and IBiL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）; The range of area under thecurve（AUC）values for serum TBiL，DBiL，IBiL and combined tests were O.788，0.702， 0.745，0.889，sensitivity0.750，0.625，0.800，0.850and specificity0.775，0.775，0.650，0.825.ConcusionThe decrease ofserum TBiL，DBiL，and IBiL is related to coronary heart disease，and combined detection can be used forauxiliary diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
