t</sub> 檢驗,比較2組肥胖類型不同患者血清SF、Hcy、游離脂肪酸(FFA)、甘油三酯(TG)、總膽固醇(TC)以及胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR)水平等;采用Pearson 法分析血清SF、Hcy、TG、TC及HOMA-IR水平相關性;多因素logistic回歸分析影響肥胖T2DM患者血清 SF、Hcy水平變化的獨立危險因素。結果研究組Hcy水平高于對照組[ (13.4±1.8)μmol/L 比(9.8±1.3)μmol/L,P<0.05] ;研究組血清SF水平高于對照組[ (285±35)ng/ml 比 (237±32)ng/ml,P<0.05] Hcy與HOMA-IR( r=0.202,P=0.001 )BMI(r=0.155, P=0.011 )、FPG( r=0.256,P<0.001 )、TG(r=0.171, P=0.007 )、TC( r= 0.151, P=0.013 )、空腹胰島素(FINS) <sub>r=0.246,P<0.001</sub> )呈正相關;SF與收縮壓(SBP)(r=0.225, P<0.001 )、TG( r= 0 169,P=0.005),Hey(r=0.175,P=0.004),FFA(r=0.228,P<0.001) 、體質指數(shù)(BMI) (r=0.233,P<0.001) 、舒張壓(DBP) (r=0.154,P=0.012 、HOMA-IR r=0.168,P=0.008 )呈正相關。多因素logistic分析結果顯示,SF與BMI[OR值(95%C1)=1.324(1.194,1.469), P<0.001 ]、FFA[0R值(95%C1)=1.429(1.231,1.659), P<0.001 ]具有相關性。結論肥胖 T2DM患者血清 SF、Hcy、FFA、TG、HOMA-IR及血壓都高于單純 T2DM 患者,其中BMI、FFA水平過高影響 SF水平。-龍源期刊網(wǎng)" />

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of serum feritin (SF) and homocysteine (Hcy)levels and their influencing factors in obese type 2 diabetes melitus(T2DM) patients.MethodsThe study group consisted of 14O obese T2DM inpatientsadmited to Xinzheng Huaxin People's Livelihood Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024,and the control group consisted of140 non-obese/overweight T2DM patients matched by age and sex during the same period.t test was used to compare serum SF,Hcy,F(xiàn)FA,TG,TC and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR)levels of patients withdifferent types of obesity in the two groups.Thecorrelationof serum SF, Hcy,TG,TCand HOMA-IR levelswasanalyzed byPearson method.Multivariate Logisticregresionanalysis of independent risk factors afecting serum SFand Hcylevels inobese T2DM patients.ResultsThe Hcy level in the study group was higher than that in the control group [(13.4±1.8) μmol/L vs. (9.8±1.3) μmol/L, P<0.05 ].The serum SF level of the study group was higher than that of the control group [(286±35)ng/ml vs. (237±32)ng/ml, P< 0.05].HcyandHOMA-IR (r=0.202,P=0.001),BMI (r=0.155,P=.011),F(xiàn)PG (r=0.256,P<0.001),TG(r=0.171, P=
