Abstract：Thispaperexploresthetalentcultivationpathforappedundegraduateindustrialengineingmajors toaddresechallengesofglobalmanufacturingtransformation.TakingGuangdongUniversityofTechnologyasanexample，strategiessuchasoptimizingthecriculumsystem，depeningshoolenterprisecoperation，andrformingteachingmethodsareproposedtoaddressisses suchasutdatedcoursecontentandweakpracticalapplication.Afterimplementation，students’engineringpracticeandinoation abilitieshavebeneanced，andemploymentratesandenterprisesatisfactionhaveincreased.Thisstudyprovidesafeasiblepathfor thecultivationofindustrialengieeingprofessionals，whichhelpstoimprovethematchingbetweetalentqualityndindustryde mand，and haspositive significanceforpromoting the transformationandupgrading of the manufacturing industry.
