Abstract:AsoneofthesevenmajorfieldsoftheNewInfrastructureConstruction,thenewenergychargingindustrydemonstrates significantpotentialinChina’snewroundofindustrialrevolutionAgainsthebackdropof"newinfrastructure"goals,thisaalsisexaminestheoperationsofnewenergychargingenterpriseA.Itfindschalengesicludingweakprofitability,fiercecompetitionon standardizedmanagement,irtionalchargingfacilitylayout,andsingleprofitmodels.Recommendationsincudeskingpolicysupport,dpeningpublicservicecooperation,ndbuildingadatamanagementplatformtoadvancetheindustryandsupport"dualcar bon" targets.
