Abstract：Toadresstheissuesoflowefiiency，poorreal-timeperformance，andumeroussafetyhzardsintraditionaltankcar bodyinspectionsystems，thispaperproposesadesignforanutomaticontrolsystembasedondigitaltwintechnologyByestablsing atwo-waymappingbetweenphysicalentiesandvirtualmodels，thesystemensuresdata-drivendecision-makingthroughoutthelifecycleoftheintellgenttankcarodyinspectionsystem.Thisaproachenablesreal-timemonitoring，simulation，andanalysisofdata， whichhelpsimprovecontrolsystemesign，celerateprogramdebugging，erifykeystemindicators，andoptimiessteoration.
