Study on Optimization of Off-road Truck Frame Structure

Abstract:Of-roadrucksaretransportvehiclescapableoftraveringcomplexterrains,withthechassisstructurebeingthecorede terminantoftheirof-roadperformance.Byanalyzingthecommonchassistructuresofsuchtrucks,wecomparedthreetypsofchassis andclarifiedtheoptimizationgoalsforoffroadtruckframes.Thisstudyproposedahybridchasiscombiningperimeterandbackbone frames,along with a“ 1+1 ”dual shock absorption system,which utilizes two shock absorbers to enhance vehicle stability and durability.Theresultsdemostratetatisotimzationshesiificantlyeancschasisperfoaneadsimplifisthcassrcture Consequently,it offers a valuable reference for future research.
