Abstract：Heavyminingdumptruckcarriagecontiuouslyoperatesundercomplexconditionsandheavyload，soitsstructuralperformanceisveryimportanttovehiclesafetyTherefore，atre-dimensionalgeometricmodelofaheavyminingdumptruckcariageis established，andtenthefiniteelementmeshngisompletedtoconstructthecaiagegridmodel.Testressanddeformatioofthe heavyminingumptruckcariageundertreetypicaldrivingconditionsareaalyedndtenthestructuralotimzationesigiscar riedoutforthestressnddeformationconcentrationparts，andteotimizedstructuralpeformanceisomparedandanalzedhee sultsshowthat，tegeometricmodelandmeshmodelofthecariageholdhighquality，whichcanmettherequirementsoffiniteelementsimulationcalculation.Theructuraloptimizationdsignofthefrontliftinglugs，rearliftinglugsandfrontsidewalleamimproves the stiffness and strength of the carriage.
