房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)財務信息化建設中存在的問題及對策分析

【摘  要】隨著信息技術的快速發(fā)展，各行各業(yè)都已經(jīng)邁向信息化進程，財務管理也是如此。財務信息化對于資金流轉額度巨大的房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)可謂機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。論文對新形勢下房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)財務信息化建設中存在的問題進行了詳細分析，并有針對性地提出了解決措施，希望能夠對相關領域人員有所幫助。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of information technology， all walks of life have moved towards the process of informatization， so is financial management. Financial informatization is both opportunity and challenge for real estate enterprises with huge amount of capital circulation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial informatization construction of real estate enterprises under the new situation in detail， and puts forward targeted solutions， hoping to help the personnel in the relevant fields.

1 引言

財務信息化對房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)來說有著優(yōu)化資金管理、提升資金運行安全等級的積極作用，但是就目前來說，由于管理者信息化意識不強、信息化專業(yè)人才匱乏等，很多房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的財務信息化建設推進緩慢，企業(yè)需要對此給予重視，轉變工作方式，加快財務信息化的工作進程。（剩余4758字）
