中國（四川）自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)川南臨港片區(qū)水運經(jīng)濟優(yōu)化升級路徑研究

【摘  要】在西部大開發(fā)、長江經(jīng)濟帶等國家戰(zhàn)略背景下，我國為提升西部城市開放度，發(fā)展內(nèi)陸開放經(jīng)濟，設(shè)立了中國（四川）自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)川南臨港片區(qū)。論文以川南臨港片區(qū)與水運經(jīng)濟依存度為理論依據(jù)，通過分析川南片區(qū)經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢，探索片區(qū)對水運經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的推動作用，并提出優(yōu)化升級路徑。

【Abstract】Under the background of national strategies such as Western Development and Yangtze River Economic Belt， in order to improve the openness of western cities and develop inland open economy， China has established Lingang Area of Southern Sichuan of China （Sichuan） Pilot Free Trade Zone. Based on the economic dependence degree of Lingang area of southern Sichuan and water transportation， this paper analyzes the economic advantages of southern Sichuan area， explores the driving effect of the area on the economic development of water transportation， and puts forward the paths of optimization and upgrading.

1 引言

自由貿(mào)易區(qū)，又稱為對外貿(mào)易區(qū)，是指兩個或兩個以上的國家通過達成某種協(xié)定或條約取消相互之間的關(guān)稅和與關(guān)稅具有同等效力的其他措施的國際經(jīng)濟一體化組織。（剩余4805字）
