Abstract：The particularitiesof theteaching subjectsand training objectivesof higher vocationalcollges posegreater chalenges toheprofessionaldevelopmentofounselorsiighervocationalchools.ERGteory，asananalyticalframeork，can helpclarifytheeedsandotivationsforteprofessioaldevelopmentofigervcatioalcounselorsasedontis，itisfoundthat higherocatioalounseors face ssuessuchasomplex dilyafairs，severesuvivalanxietymargialzatioofprofessoalstatus， weak profesalentityackofstaiabletraigndiltisiareedanentrforetrategiesepto enhancesurvivalsurityimproveprofessoalsatisfactionstrengthnprofesioalelatioshipsanceprofessoaletity support professional growth，and increase professional happiness.
