Exploring Collaborative Education Pathways in “One-Stop" Student Communities in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:Asaninovativevehicleforimplementingthe“three-alleducation”(allround,whole-processandall-staff education)conceptinvocationaleducation,the“One-Stop”StudentCommunitymustalignwiththedistinctivecharacteristicsof highervocationalinstitutions:diversestudentbackgrounds,industryeducationintegrationandpractice-orientedeucationA theoretical analysiscombinedwithpracticalobservationrevealspersistentdeep-seatedcontradictions incurrntcommunity developmentcossistioalic,adstakeoldrmsios:frgmetedo-epartmetalodatioadial industry-academycollboration;isuffcientvocationallytailoredservicesandweakdigitalresourceintegrationcapabilities; inadequaterecogitionofstudents'centraloleandiefectiveactivationofself-goverance functions.Toaddressthesechallenges, this studyproposeseforpathwayscnteredoninstitutioalcoordationtodsmantlegoverancebariers,specializedsericesto strengthenindustryducationintegration,andsdentselfgoverancetoactivateedogenousmotivationhesepathwayoeran innovative educational paradigm for the typological development of higher vocational education.
