Abstract:Tocultivate innovative talents that meet theneedsofthenewera,this study proposesa“Three-Tier Hybrid IntellgenceModel”(TTHIM)basedoncollaborativetheoryanddistributedcognitiveframework,analyzingtheempowering mechanismofhumanaritiiialintellgeneA)ollboratiooiovatietalentculivationfrotetoollye,collaboatiole andcreationlayer.TheResearchhasfoundthatstudents'AIcollaborationandinnovationabilitiescanbeeffectivelyenhancedby constructinganinterdisciplinarycuriculumsystem,implementingproject-basedlearnigtatintegratesindustryandeducation, strengtheningtheconsructionofacolaborativeecosystembetweenchoolsandnterprses,cultivatinga“dualteacherdualability” teachingstaf,andimprovingadiversifidevaluationsstem,Itassowntatvocationalcgesedtoeconstructteirtalet trainingmodelbycenteringhuman-AIcolaborativeinteraction,cultivatecompound talentsequipped withtehnicalaplication, cognitivecolboatidoaiepraticalbilis,tebyoingtatpprtfiialtafotioots.
