Strategies and Paths for Party Building to Lead the High-quality Development of Newly Upgraded Undergraduate Universities

Abstract:Newlyupgradedundergraduateuniversitiesserveasavitalforce inadvancingthe high-qualitydevelopmentof China'shighereducationinthenewera.Partybuildingplaysapivotalroleinthedevelopmentof theseinstitutions.Fromthe perspectiveof valueand significance:Leading thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofnewlyupgradedundergraduateinstitutions through Partybuildingprovidesessentialpoliticalsafeguardsforimprovingthestructureandlayoutof highereducation，servinglocal economicandsocialdevelopment,andenablingtheinstitutionsthemselvestoachieverapidgrowth.Fromastrategicdevelopment perspective,theseistitutions mustfulfillthefundamentaltskoffosteringviteadculivatingtalent whilestrengtheningtePart's overalleadesovrteisitutio;Filystablistaet-trengthingstrategusingpoliticalgdanetoitedveetalet; Focusonthedevelopmentofdisciplinesandmajorstoenhancethequalityof talentcultivation;Improvescientificresearch capabilitiestoontiuouslytrengthenteircapacitytoservelocalneds;romoteinteationalexchangeandcooperationstrategies, withPartybuildinggudingthpursuitofhgh-levelinteatioalization.Fromapracticalpathwayperspectie,itisessetialto continuouslyrefinethePartybuildingsystem withinnewlyupgadedundergraduate institutions,integratePartybuilding withcore institutioalfunctionstodrivemutualreinforcement,andimplementinnovativePartybuildingpractices toensuretheuccesful execution of institutional development strategies.
