Abstract:Inresponse tothecore isues inhigher vocationalcolegesunderthebackgroundof inteligent manufacturing, includingthesingularityofknowledgestructure,fragmentedinustry-educationcolaboration,andinsuficientadaptabilityto technologicaliteratsinetagofutomationprofeioals,tissyasdothoyofocatioalabilityelt andtheabilityadvancementlawof“solidifyingthefoundation-enginering aplication-inovativepractice",hasconstructeda “one centerand three levels”talentcultivation modelcenteredon the demandsofthe Wenzhou low-voltageelectrical ndustry, coveringathre-leveltrainingsyste,namely“basic levelapplicationlevel-inovationlevel"system.Duringtheimplementationof thismodel,apathhasbeenexplored,whichtakesthereconstructionofthe“post-course-competition-cerificate”integrated curriculumsystemasacarier,theestablishmentofavirtual-realcombinedhierarchical rainngandpracticeplatforasagatee, theformationofa“school-enterprisedual-track’teaching teamasasupport.Ithasoptimizedtheimplementationprocessthrough theinnovationofcoursesandteaching methods.Throughthethree-stagetalentcultivationmechanismof“school-led— school-eterprisecocultivationenterpriseimplementation”,tecutivationofstudentsocationalbilishasadvancedfrothe basictheoryofutomationtoteoeratioandmaintenaneadscondarydevelopmentofinteligentproductionlinesystems,iing tocultivateildtalntsioteiengpracticeabilitndiovanpotetialinldofitellgetmafactng
