Researchon TalentCultivation Model forAutomation Talentsin Higher Vocational Education under Intelligent Manufacturing

Abstract：Inresponse tothecore isues inhigher vocationalcolegesunderthebackgroundof inteligent manufacturing， includingthesingularityofknowledgestructure，fragmentedinustry-educationcolaboration，andinsuficientadaptabilityto technologicaliteratsinetagofutomationprofeioals，tissyasdothoyofocatioalabilityelt andtheabilityadvancementlawof“solidifyingthefoundation-enginering aplication-inovativepractice"，hasconstructeda “one centerand three levels”talentcultivation modelcenteredon the demandsofthe Wenzhou low-voltageelectrical ndustry， coveringathre-leveltrainingsyste，namely“basic levelapplicationlevel-inovationlevel"system.Duringtheimplementationof thismodel，apathhasbeenexplored，whichtakesthereconstructionofthe“post-course-competition-cerificate”integrated curriculumsystemasacarier，theestablishmentofavirtual-realcombinedhierarchical rainngandpracticeplatforasagatee， theformationofa“school-enterprisedual-track’teaching teamasasupport.Ithasoptimizedtheimplementationprocessthrough theinnovationofcoursesandteaching methods.Throughthethree-stagetalentcultivationmechanismof“school-led— school-eterprisecocultivationenterpriseimplementation”，tecutivationofstudentsocationalbilishasadvancedfrothe basictheoryofutomationtoteoeratioandmaintenaneadscondarydevelopmentofinteligentproductionlinesystems，iing tocultivateildtalntsioteiengpracticeabilitndiovanpotetialinldofitellgetmafactng
