[Abstract]Objective:To analyze the predictive value of dynamic electrocardiogram heart rate variability for major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Method: Eighty patients with coronary artery disease who underwent PCI treatment from August 2020 to August 2O23 at Xinyu Yuanhe Hospital were selected. Oneday before surgery,dynamic electrocardiogram was performed and heartrate variability related parameters were recorded.All patients were folowed up for a period of 12 months after surgery,and the occurrence of MACE during this period was recorded and grouped according to the occurrence.The general data and dynamic electrocardiogram heart rate variability parameters were compared betweenthe two groups,and further analyzed the value in predicting the occurrenceof MACE after PCI.Result:This study included8O patients with coronary heart disease,allof whomcompleted follow-up within12 monthsafter PCI without any loss to follow-up. During the follow-up period,12 cases (15.00% )developed MACE. The levels of standard deviationof NN intervals (SDNN),root mean square of successive diference (RMSSD),standarddeviation of the average of NN intervals over 5-minute periods (SDANN) in the normal group were higher than those in the incidence group,the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). DrawROC curves,and the results showed thattheAUC values of singleand combined parameters of dynamic electrocardiogram heart rate variability for predicting MACE occurrence in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were allgreater than O.7,indicating certain predictive value.Conclusion: Dynamic electrocardiogram heart rate variability has high value in predicting MACEin patients withcoronary heartdiseaseafterPCI,andcanbeusedasanefective indicator forearlyevaluation of the prognosis of coronary heart disease patients.
