維生素 D2 注射液聯(lián)合夾脊穴排刺治療老年性骨質(zhì)疏松癥所致寒濕型腰痛的效果觀察

[Abstract] Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Vitamin D2 Injection combined with Jiaji point row acupuncture in the treatment of cold-dampness type low back pain caused by senile osteoporosis （OP）. Method：A total of 1O2 patients with cold-dampnesstype low back pain caused by senile OP who admitted to the ThirdAfiliated HospitalofGannan Medical UniversityfromJune 2O23 toJuly2O24 were selected，they were randomly divided into the control group （Jiaji point row acupuncture， n =51） and the treatment group（Vitamin D2 （202 Injection combined with Jiaji point row acupuncture， n=51 ）bydrawing lots.The clinical efficacy，bone mineral density，bone metabolic markers，degreeof low back painand activities of daily living （ADL）werecomparedbetween two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group （96.08 % ） was higher than that of the control group （74.51 % 川 P <0.05）; after treatment，the levels of bone mineral density，Barthel index in the treatment group were higher than those in thecontrol group，and the VAS score was lower than that in thecontrol group（ P <0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Vitamin D2 Injection combined with Jiaji point row acupuncture in the treatment of patients withcold-dampness typelowback paincausedbysenile OP issignificant，itcan notonly improve bone mineral density，improve the level of bone metabolic markers，but also relieve painand improve ADL.
