[Abstract] Objective： To explore the influence of "Internet+" timing auricular seed pressing on postoperative pain and rehabilitation efect in patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.Method：A total of 60 patients with sinusitis who underwent nasal endoscopic surgeryand were admited to the Afiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2O23 to February 2O24 were selectedand divided into the control group and the observation group by lottery， with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing after the operation，while the observation group received "Internet+" timing auricular seed pressing nursing basedontheroutine nursing.Theself-careability，paindegree，rehabilitationefect，nursingsatisfaction， complications and recurrnce of thetwo groups were compared.Result： One week after the nursing，the scores of each item of the exercise of self-care agency scale（ESCA） in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group（ P <0.05）. The total recoveryrate and total satisfaction rate ofthe observation group were higher than those of thecontrol group，andthe incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： The application of "Internet+" timing auricular seed pressng nursing for patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery can improve their self-care ability， reduce postoperative pain， improve rehabilitation effect and satisfaction，and reduce complications.

鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)作為臨床治療鼻竇炎、鼻息肉等常用術(shù)式，其在鼻內(nèi)鏡輔助下，可有效清理病灶，恢復(fù)鼻竇功能，且術(shù)中組織損傷小、術(shù)野清晰，可減少相關(guān)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生，促使患者早期康復(fù)[。（剩余5651字）
