紫杉醇+卡鉑化療方案聯(lián)合三維適形調(diào)強(qiáng)放療治療非小細(xì)胞肺癌的效果及不良反應(yīng)分析

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the effect and adverse reactions of Paclitaxel + Carboplatin chemotherapy regimencombined with three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy in the treatment of patients with non-smallcellung cancer.Method：A total of 2OO patients with non-small cell lung cancer who wereadmited tothe DepartmentofOncologyand Departmentof Radiotherapyof Liaocheng People'sHospital from January 2O21 to December 2O23 were retrospectively selected.The patients were divided into the control group （ n =100，treated withthree-dimensionalconformal intensity modulatedradiation therapy）and the experimental group （ n=100 ，treatedwithPaclitaxel + Carboplatin chemotherapyregimencombined with three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiationtherapy）according todiferenttreatment methods.Thedisease control efect，the levels of tumor markers，vascular endothelial growth factor，matrix metaloproteinase-9，basic fibroblast growth factorand the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result： The objective response rate of the experimental group was 37.00 % （37/100），and the disease control rate was 75.00% （75/10O），which were significantly higher than 12.00% （12/100） and 61.00% （61/100） of the control group （ P <0.05）. After treatment， thelevels of tumor markers，vascular endothelial growth factor，matrix metalloproteinase -9 andbasic fibroblast growth factor in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. There was no statistically significant diffrence in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P- 0.05）.

Conclusion： The treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer with Paclitaxel + Carboplatin chemotherapy regimen combined with three-dimensionalconformal intensity modulated radiation therapy hasa good effect and does not increase adverse reactions.
