智慧物流背景下基于崗課賽證融通的高職現(xiàn)代物流管理課程體系構(gòu)建

摘  要：為了滿足智慧物流背景下企業(yè)對(duì)高職現(xiàn)代物流管理專業(yè)人才的新需求，分析了現(xiàn)代物流管理專業(yè)課程體系現(xiàn)狀，將智慧物流工作崗位、技能競(jìng)賽、物流職業(yè)技能證書等要求融入課程體系，探索了基于“崗課賽證”融通機(jī)制下課程體系構(gòu)建方式，從而更好地培養(yǎng)智慧物流行業(yè)發(fā)展所需的物流人才。

Abstract： In order to meet the new demand of enterprises for modern logistics management professionals in vocational colleges under the background of smart logistics， this paper analyzes the current situation of the modern logistics management curriculum system， integrates requirements such as smart logistics job positions， skill competitions， and logistics vocational skill certificates into the curriculum system， and explores the construction method of the curriculum system based on the integration mechanism of "job course competition certificate"， in order to better cultivate the logistics talents needed for the development of the smart logistics industry.
