一種條煙雙向分揀技術(shù)研究

摘 要:為提高現(xiàn)有條煙分揀設(shè)備分揀過程中利用率低,設(shè)計了一種條煙雙向分揀裝置,構(gòu)建了雙向分揀技術(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)模型并就可能存在的時間沖突做了相應(yīng)保護(hù);為降低現(xiàn)場施工難度、便于擴(kuò)展,提出了一種硬件級模塊化系統(tǒng)集成方案。實踐表明,雙向分揀在不提升分揀工藝難度的前提下可實現(xiàn)分揀效率大幅提升。

Abstract: In order to improve the low utilization rate of the existing cigarette sorting equipment in the sorting process, a two-way cigarette sorting device was designed, a mathematical model of the two-way sorting technology was constructed, and the possible time conflict was protected accordingly. In order to reduce the difficulty of on-site construction and facilitate expansion, a hardware-level modular system integration scheme was proposed. Practice shows that two-way sorting can greatly improve the sorting efficiency without increasing the difficulty of the sorting process.
