Production and Quality Control of Prefabricated Shrimp Dishes

Abstract: Prefabricated shrimp dishes are a kind of popular convenient food, its production and quality control are related to the safety and taste quality of the products. This paper first introduces the definition and types of prefabricated shrimp dishes, then analyzes the production process of prefabricated shrimp dishes, and then explores the quality control of all aspects of prefabricated shrimp dishes, in order to better promote the development of prefabricated shrimp dishes.
