AbstractStroke，asignificantglobalhealthisue，imposesasubstantialburdenonsocietyduetoitshighmortalityanddisability rates.Thecorrelationbetweenstrokeandrestlesslegssyndromehaslongbeenafocusofclinicalresearch.Stroke-relatedrestles legssyndromeisacommonsleepdisorderamongstrokepatients，characterizedbyuncontrollablelegdiscomfortandnocualestlessness.Thisconditionnotonlyexacerbatesphysicalandmentaldistressbutalsoelevatestheriskofstroke recurrence.Therefore，adeperunderstandingoftherelationship betweenstrokeandrestlesslegssyndrome iscrucialfordevelopingefctivepreventionandtreatmentstrategies.Thearticlemainlyreviews theresearchprogressonthemechanismofconcurnt restless legs syndrome in stroke patients.
