Effects of Fracture Contact Service and Continuous Life Guidance on Sleep Quality in Elderly Patients after Hip Replacement Surgery

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheefectsoffracturecontactserviceandcontinuous ife guidanceonsleepqualitynelderly patients dischargedfromhospitalafterhipreplacementsurgery.Methods：Atotalof8Oelderlypatintsunderwenthipreplacement surgery inourhospital wererandomlydivided intoanobservation groupandacontrolgroupwith4Ocases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutinenursingduringoperation，andtheoservationgroupreceived fracturecontactserviceandcontiuouslife guidance.TheimprovementofPitsburgh SleepIndex Scale（PSQI）scoresandself-effcacy（Chinese versionof HealthPromotion Strategy Scale）intwo groupsof elderlypatientswerecomparedandanalyzed.Results：The improvementsof sleepqualityand self-efficacy in observation group were significantly better than those in control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Fracture contact serviceandcontinuouslifeguidancecaneffectivelyimprovethesleepqualityofelderlypatientsdischargedfromhospitalafterhip replacement.

隨著我國(guó)人口老齡化的加劇，老年人群骨折問(wèn)題也日益嚴(yán)重，尤其是髖部骨折，發(fā)生后對(duì)患者的生命質(zhì)量造成了很大的影響，且骨折的疼痛以及引發(fā)的不良心理還會(huì)對(duì)患者的日常睡眠產(chǎn)生影響，而睡眠質(zhì)量下降會(huì)對(duì)病情恢復(fù)產(chǎn)生不利影響，形成惡性循環(huán)，因此積極采取高效的干預(yù)方式加強(qiáng)患者的干預(yù)至關(guān)重要[1]。（剩余5098字）
