AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheimpactsofcomprehensive evaluationmanagementmethodonthenutritional statusand sleep qualityofpatients withchronic kidneydisease.Methods：Atotalof72patients withchonickidneydiseaseadmitedtotheNeprologyDepartmentof theFirstAfiliatedHospitalofXiamenUniversityfromMay223to2O24wereselectedastheresearchsubjects.They were divided intoacontrol group（36cases）andanobservation group（36cases）usingcomputer grouping method.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenephrologynursing intervention，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedcomprehensiveevaluationmanagementintervention.Teself-careability，utritionalindicators，epqualityandursingqualityoftwogoupsere compared.Results：Theself-careabilityoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatof thecontrolgroup，andthedierences were statistically significant（ P<0.05） .The nutritional indicators of the observation group were superior to those of the control group（ P<0.05 ）.The sleep quality indicators of the observation group were superior to those of the reference group，and the differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）. The nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Applying comprehensive evaluation management methodtopatients with chronic kidneydisease has apositive impactonimprovingtheir nutritional statusand sleepquality， effctively enhancing the overall quality of nursing.

慢性腎病因患者受多種病因引起的慢性進(jìn)展性腎功能喪失性疾病，帶有疾病周期長(zhǎng)、患病率高的特點(diǎn)，成為當(dāng)前繼高血壓、糖尿病、心血管疾病等之后又一患病率增加的慢性疾病類(lèi)型，若未能及時(shí)治療，極易發(fā)展為終末期腎病，從而對(duì)患者的生命健康安全帶來(lái)威脅[1]。（剩余4671字）
