[25-(OH)D3]</sup> 水平差異,并分析其與睡眠障礙的相關性。方法:選取96例PD合并睡眠障礙患者作為觀察組,根據Hoehn-Yahr分級不同將其分為輕度組( n=30 )、中度組( n=40 )和重度組( n=26 ),同期選取40例PD無睡眠障礙患者作為對照組。比較不同組別血清Hcy、25-(OH)D3和睡眠結構指標差異,并分析相關性。結果:與對照組比較,觀察組血清 Hcy升高,而血清 25-(OH)D3降低,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(均 P<0.05 )。輕度組、中度組和重度組患者血清Hcy、25-(OH)D3、睡眠效率、睡眠潛伏期、REM潛伏期和覺醒指數比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(均 P<0.05 )。經Pearson相關分析得知,血清Hcy與睡眠潛伏期和覺醒指數正相關,與睡眠效率和REM潛伏期負相關,其 r 值分別為 0.783,0.821,-0.754 和-0.718;血清25-(OH)D3與睡眠潛伏期和覺醒指數負相關,與睡眠效率和REM潛伏期正相關,其 r 值分別為-0.842、-0.738、0.811和0.753。結論:不同Hoehn-Yahr分級PD患者血清 <img src="/qkimages/shsm/shsm202502/shsm20250202-1-l.jpg" with="128px" style="vertical-align: middle;"> 和睡眠結構指標差異明顯,血清學指標與睡眠結構指標相關明顯,前者有望成為評估PD患者睡眠障礙情況的快速性指標。-龍源期刊網" />

AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatethediferencesinserumhomocysteine(Hcy)and25-hydroxyvitaminD325-(OH)D3] levelsiParkinson'sdisease(PD)patientsatdiferent Hoehn-Yahrstagesandanalyze theircorelation with sleep disorders.Methods:Atotalof96PDpatients with sleepdisorderswereselectedastheobservationgroupanddividedintomild ( n=30 ),moderate( n=40 ),and severe( n=26 )groups based on Hoehn-Yahr classification. Additionally,4O PD patients without sleepdisorders wereselectedasthecontrol group.Theserum levelsofHcy,25-(OH)D3,andsleepstructureindiceswere comparedamongthegroups,andcorrelations wereanalyzed.Results:Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,theoservationgrouphad significantly higher serum Hcy levels and lower serum 25-(OH)D3 levels( P<0.05 ).Differences in serum Hcy,25-(OH) D3, sleep efficiency,seeplatencyEMlatency,nd wakefulnesindex weresignificantacrosstheild,oderate,andsveregous ( P<0.05 ).Pearsoncorrelation analysis showed that serum Hcy was positively correlated with sleep latencyand wakefulness index,and negatively correlated with sleep efficiency and REM latency,with correlation coefficients (r) of 0. 783,0.821,-0.754, and-0.718,respectively.Serum25-(OH)D3wasnegativelycorelatedwithsleplatencyand wakefulnessindex,ndpositively correlated with sleep efficiency and REM latency,with correlation coefficients (r) of -0.842,-0.738,0.811,and 0.753,respectively.Conclusion:Therearesignificantdiferenesinserum Hcy,25-(OH)D3levels,andsleepstructure indicesamongPD patients at diferent Hoehn-Yahrstages.Serumbiomarkersarecloselycorelated with slepstructure indicesand mayserve asrapid indicators for assessing sleep disorders in PD patients.
