摘 要：根據(jù)售后反饋，客戶在提車(chē)時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)前、后保險(xiǎn)杠兩側(cè)與鈑金搭接位置存在漆膜起皺剝離問(wèn)題，客戶不滿意，影響品牌形象，售后質(zhì)量抱怨大。本文對(duì)零件尺寸、零件注塑質(zhì)量、油漆涂層質(zhì)量、結(jié)構(gòu)匹配等影響脫漆的可能因素進(jìn)行快速調(diào)查分析，對(duì)脫漆的主要原因進(jìn)行改進(jìn)優(yōu)化，并對(duì)改進(jìn)之后的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，驗(yàn)證措施的有效性。

Optimization of the Paint Stripping Problem at the Overlap between the Two Sides of the Bumper and the Sheet Metal

Abstract：According the sale feedback， customers found that sides of the bumper paint was wrinkling and stripping between with metal plate while the car was ready for pickup， Above problem causes customer dissatisfaction， affects the brand image， and leads to after-sale quality complaints. The possible factors affecting the paint peel， such as  dimension of parts， paint performance， structure design， etc. were investigated and analyzed， the main reasons for the paint peel were improved and optimized， the improved product was tested， and the validity of the measures was testified.

隨著國(guó)內(nèi)汽車(chē)工業(yè)由快速發(fā)展逐漸走向低速緩慢增長(zhǎng)，汽車(chē)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈，客戶對(duì)汽車(chē)的選擇性越來(lái)越多，選擇的眼光也越來(lái)越挑剔，更多關(guān)注外飾件的細(xì)節(jié)匹配質(zhì)量，對(duì)感知質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越高，這對(duì)汽車(chē)設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)制造提出了更高的要求。（剩余3891字）
