汽車開發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系運(yùn)行中的問題及對(duì)策探討

摘 要：隨著國(guó)內(nèi)汽車行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，汽車項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過程對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的要求也越來越高，而實(shí)驗(yàn)室的運(yùn)行質(zhì)量主要靠實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系來保證和體現(xiàn)。本文結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系管理實(shí)踐，闡述了常用的實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系的類別、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系的建立和運(yùn)行，總結(jié)了汽車開發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系運(yùn)行中的常見問題，并提出了一些對(duì)策。

Problems and Countermeasures in Vehicle Development Laboratory Operation Quality System

Abstract：With the rapid development of domestic automobile industry， the automotive development process is becoming more and more high to the requirement of the laboratory， and the operation of the laboratory quality mainly depends on the laboratory quality system to guarantee and reflect.Based on the laboratory quality system management practice， this paper expounds the common categories， common standards of laboratory quality system， the laboratory quality system set up and run， summarizes the common problems in operation of the laboratory quality system， car development and puts forward some countermeasures.

1 引言

隨著國(guó)內(nèi)汽車行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，消費(fèi)者對(duì)汽車的各項(xiàng)要求也隨之提高，特別是隨著新技術(shù)的快速迭代，汽車項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的周期也隨之急劇縮短，比如某車型的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)周期已從之前的36個(gè)月調(diào)整為24個(gè)月。（剩余4519字）
