摘 要:陶瓷增強鋁基復(fù)合材料具有優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能和耐磨性能,在汽車結(jié)構(gòu)件和傳動件應(yīng)用前景廣闊。本文從設(shè)計思路、材料和選型、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和性能仿真分析全方面考量,設(shè)計并驗證了鋁基復(fù)合材料轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能,研究表明鋁基復(fù)合材料在滿足鑄鐵轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)同等工況的條件下可實現(xiàn)35%的減重。

Structural Design and Performance Analysis of Aluminum Composite Steering Knuckle

Abstract:Ceramic reinforced aluminum matrix composites have excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance, and have broad application prospects in automotive structural parts and transmission parts. In this paper, the structure and performance of the aluminum matrix composite steering knuckle are designed and verified from the aspects of design ideas, materials and model selection, structural design and performance simulation analysis. 35% weight loss can be achieved under the condition of the condition.
