摘 要：通過(guò)對(duì)乘用車電動(dòng)座椅的常見(jiàn)異響問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分類分析，深入研究異響原因，從結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)工藝、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、零件來(lái)料等過(guò)程提出解決方案，從而解決電動(dòng)座椅的異響問(wèn)題，提升電動(dòng)座椅的質(zhì)量水平。

Abstract：This paper summarizes and analyzes the common abnormal sound problems of electric seats in passenger cars， Deeply studied the reason of abnormal sound ， and the solution is put forward from the process of structure design， production technology， production equipment， parts and materials， So as to solve the abnormal sound problem of electric seat， improve the quality level of electric seat.
