“一帶一路”背景下常州高職新能源汽車創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)路徑研究

摘 要：論文主要研究高職新能源汽車專業(yè)創(chuàng)新才培養(yǎng)路徑。以探索完善的新能源汽車創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)路徑為目的，進(jìn)而探索高職新能源汽車專業(yè)才培養(yǎng)模式。在充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際需求狀況，提出了培養(yǎng)路徑的措施，并通過實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證，結(jié)果表明，該新能源汽車專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)路徑適合我國高職院校的發(fā)展需要。

Research on the Training Path of Innovative Talents in New Energy Automobile Specialty

Abstract：The thesis mainly studies the training path of innovative talents in new energy vehicles in higher vocational colleges. For the purpose of exploring a perfect training path for innovative talents for new energy vehicles， and then exploring new energy vehicle professional training models for higher vocational education. On the basis of full investigation， combined with the actual needs of the enterprise， the measures for the training path are proposed， and through practical verification， the results show that the new energy vehicle professional talent training path is suitable for the development needs of higher vocational colleges in my country.
