淺談基于充電需求的充電站（樁）選址及定容優(yōu)化策略問題探究

摘 要：大力推廣應(yīng)用電動汽車是國家戰(zhàn)略，但是電動汽車?yán)m(xù)航里程、購買成本尤其是電動汽車充電的便利性限制了其發(fā)展與推廣應(yīng)用速度。討論基于用戶充電需求的充電站（樁）選址及定容優(yōu)化策略問題，可在成本最優(yōu)化、社會效益最大化的前提下，提高充電便利性，對我國“雙碳戰(zhàn)略”實施具有較強的實際意義。

Discussion on the Problem of Charging Station （pile） Site Selection and Constant Capacity Optimization Strategy Based on Charging Demand

Abstract：It is a national strategy to vigorously promote the application of electric vehicles， but the cruising range， purchase cost， and especially the convenience of electric vehicle charging limit the speed of its development， promotion and application. The article discusses the problem of charging station （pile） location and capacity optimization strategy based on users' charging needs， which can improve the convenience of charging under the premise of cost optimization and social benefit maximization， and is of great practical significance to the implementation of China's "dual carbon strategy".

1 引言

近年來，我國新能源汽車基本進入市場競爭階段，隨著我國政府對“雙碳戰(zhàn)略”行動（碳達峰、碳中和）的實施，新能源汽車在市場中的占比將呈總體加速上升趨勢，燃油車出現(xiàn)萎縮，新能源汽車成為汽車市場的增量，預(yù)計2021年全國新能源汽車總銷量將達到240萬臺，市場滲透率超過10%以上。（剩余4558字）
