摘 要：介紹了一種汽車側門分裝臺架的組成結構、工作原理和使用過程，簡要分析了該分裝臺架在開發(fā)過程中解決的技術問題和解決技術問題時所采取的技術方案，總結了該分裝臺架機構的技術應用帶來的有益效果。

Discussion about the Development Technology of a Vehicle Side Door Sub-assembly Bench

Abstract：The composition， working principle and use process of an automobile side door sub-assembly bench are introduced. The technical problems solved in the development process of the sub-assembly bench and the technical solutions adopted to solve the technical problems are briefly analyzed. The beneficial effects brought by the technical application of the sub-assembly gantry mechanism are obtained.

1 概述

在樣車試制階段，汽車側門分裝方式大部分采用將側門內(nèi)外板總成裝在車身上之后再進行整個側門零部件的分裝，并非單獨將側門所有零部件裝好之后再將側門總成裝到車身上。（剩余3914字）
