摘 要：電弧螺柱焊是廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車(chē)白車(chē)身中的一種連接技術(shù)，但實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中也遇到焊接強(qiáng)度不足等技術(shù)難點(diǎn)，本文就某德系車(chē)型，針對(duì)螺柱焊接設(shè)備、參數(shù)、母材，對(duì)如何螺柱焊強(qiáng)度提升進(jìn)行研究。

Analysis of Influencing Factors and Optimization of Arc Stud Welding Strength of Body

Abstract：Arc stud welding is a connection technology widely used in automobile body-in-white， but it also encounters technical difficulties such as insufficient welding strength in actual production. This paper studies how to improve the strength of stud welding for a German model， according to the stud welding equipment， parameters， and base metal.
