【Abstract】Theglobal automotiveindustry isundergoing a transformation towards electrificationand intelligence. China'spolicyand technologicaliterationsareacelerating itsindustrialtransformation，withthepenetrationrateof new energyvehiclesincreasingandtheapplicationof intelligentconnected technologiesexpanding.Traditional automotive clusters are under pressre to restructure their industrial chains and upgradetheir value chains，andregional economies neednewengines.Disagreementsintechnicalroutes，laggingsupportingfacilities，andinsuficientconsumerawareess restricttheeffectivenessof transformation.Thisarticleexplorestheir transmisionpaths，mechanismsofaction，and challnges totheregional economy，andconstructsacollaborativeframeworkof"technology-industry-region"toprovide references for the high-quality development of the regional economy.
