【Abstract】 With the increasing popularityof new energy vehicles,the air conditioning compressor,as a core component,itsperformancedirectlyaffcts thecoling efectandenergconsumption.Duetothediferencesinthepower systems ofnew energyvehicles,thedesignofcompresors faces chalengessuchasenergy eficiencyratio,lightweight,and control logicoptimization.Moreover,inpracticalapplications,faultssuchasfailure tostartandpoorcolingoftenoccur. Thisarticleanalyzes thestructureandworking principleof the air conditioning compressor innew energy vehicles, compares the diferences with traditional fuel vehicles,lists commontypes of compressr motorssuch as fixed displacementandvariabledisplacement,andelaborates thediagnosis processandresultsof theairconditioningcontroller faults inthelow-voltagecontrolcircuit through thefaultcaseof Tesla Model3.Meanwhile,methodssuchas fault tree analysis,fault code maintenance,and instrumentand meter maintenanceare proposed.The maintenance principlesand safetyprecautions areemphasized.Itispointedoutthat maintenance personnel need toundergo professional training to ensure the normal operation of the compressor.
