【Abstract】With the establishmentofthefuel cellvehicledemonstrationapplication citygroup，theexplorationof the development pathoffuelcellvehiclesona largescaleefectivelypromotedtheapplicationoffuelcellvehicles in the terminalmarket，andfuelcellbuses，fuelcell trucks，fuelcellrefrigeratedtrucksandothercommercialvehicleshave emerged.The evaluationofthermal management performance offuelcell vehicles is increasingly urgent.Bydecomposing thethermal managementarchitectureof the whole vehicle，establishingamulti-dimensional testcondition，andcombining withthebenchtestoftheenvironmentaltemperaturecontroldrum，atestmethodforthermalmanagementoffuelcel commercial vehiclesis formed.
