【Abstract】Aiming at the response delay problem of traditional sensor technology,the study systematically analyzes theinnovation mechanism of multi-physical fieldsensing technology,andelaboratesthe highdynamicresponse characteristicsof micro-electromechanical system(MEMS)inertial sensors,theprincipleof stresswavedetectionof piezoelectriccolisionsensors,andthesynergisticsensing mechanismof thefusionarchitectureofradar-vision-inertial measurementunitsByoptimizing thesensor signal procesing linkandcolisionpredictionalgorithm,thesystem trigger delayissignificantlyreduced.
