【Abstract】This articleaims at the fault problemof node loss in the vehicle-mounted remotecommunication terminal，andusesthefishbonediagramanalysismethodtoconductinvestigationsfromthedimensionsofmaterials， personnel，equipment，and environment.By testing theperformance of the eMMC memory，troubleshoting factors such as prolonged poweroutages，personnel operations，hightemperatures inreflow soldering，andabnormal poweroutages，it was ultimatelydeterminedthattherealcausewasabnormalpoweroutages，hichled tothelossofdataintheeMMCpartition andsubsequentlycaused the mounting failure.Basedonthis，optimization measuresare proposed from the levelsof prevention，hardware，softwareand system，toprovidereferencesforthedevelopmentofautomotivecontrollersandthe troubleshootingofafter-sales faults.
