【摘  要】文章以隔離型DC-DC電源模塊在實際使用中發(fā)生的功能失效作為研究背景。首先，介紹該電源模塊的啟動電路和工作原理。其次，通過電源模塊實物拆解和元器件分析，定位到穩(wěn)壓二極管故障。最后，針對二極管故障追溯其失效原因，同時給出電源模塊的設(shè)計和使用建議。

Failure Analysis of DC-DC Power Module*

【Abstract】Based on the research background of the failure of isolated DC-DC power module in practical use， the starting circuit and working principle of the power module are introduced. Through the disassembly analysis of the power module， the fault of the voltage regulator diode of the component is found， the failure reason is analyzed， and the design and use of the power module are given.
