【摘  要】本文從汽車電子的環(huán)境可靠性試驗(yàn)出發(fā)，介紹環(huán)境可靠性試驗(yàn)的參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、設(shè)計(jì)方法等，以及實(shí)際發(fā)生故障后的故障原因分析和相關(guān)可靠性試驗(yàn)改進(jìn)措施。
