【摘  要】關(guān)于電線與端子（插針）的連接，目前比較常用的為壓接、超聲波焊接、電阻焊接以及焊錫等，主要作用是連接兩個或多個導(dǎo)體達到要求的機械、電氣性能，同時滿足應(yīng)用環(huán)境的功能。本文主要介紹電阻焊接在焊接電線與端子（插針）時的注意事項以及研究如何能夠更好地測量電阻焊接的焊接效果。

【Abstract】As for the connection between wires and terminals（pins），presently the most commonly used methods are bonding，ultrasonic bonding，resistance bonding and soldering tin. The main function is to connect two or more conductors to meet the required mechanical and electrical performance，while meeting the application environment. This paper mainly introduces the cautions of resistance welding when welding wires and terminals（pins）and studies how to better measure the welding effect of resistance welding.
