汽車行李廂異響故障分析

【摘  要】某新車型量產(chǎn)初期在進(jìn)行路試檢驗(yàn)時(shí)，批量出現(xiàn)行李廂異響問(wèn)題。行李廂異響問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重影響客戶使用，引起客戶極大抱怨，本文將從設(shè)計(jì)、品質(zhì)、裝配、對(duì)標(biāo)等多個(gè)角度對(duì)該車型行李廂異響故障因素做出充分分析，并制定出有效措施，以解決此行李廂異響問(wèn)題。

【Abstract】At the beginning of the mass production of a new model，when the road test was carried out，the problem of abnormal luggage noise occurred in batches. Luggage abnormal sound problem seriously affects the use of customers，causing customers to complain greatly，this article will be from the design，quality，assembly，bench-marking and other angles of the luggage abnormal failure factors of the model to make a full analysis，and develop effective measures to solve the problem of abnormal sound of the trunk.
