高能效商用車空調(diào)匹配技術(shù)的研究

【摘 要】本文從提高空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能效、優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)匹配的技術(shù)角度,在滿足車輛制冷需求的同時(shí),通過降低空調(diào)系統(tǒng)功耗,從而降低發(fā)動機(jī)的油耗。具體方案為:在現(xiàn)有空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過選擇多種系統(tǒng)部件并進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)內(nèi)多輪次的匹配與耦合、空調(diào)系統(tǒng)和整車的匹配優(yōu)化,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)能效比、制冷性能和可靠性的最優(yōu)搭配。

【Abstract】In this paper,from the technical point of view of improving the energy efficiency of the air-conditioning system and optimizing the system matching,the fuel consumption of the engine is reduced by reducing the power consumption of the air-conditioning system while meeting the refrigeration demand of the vehicle. The specific scheme is to achieve the optimal collocation of energy efficiency ratio,refrigeration performance and reliability by selecting a variety of system components and carrying out the matching and coupling of multiple rounds in the system,and the matching optimization of the air-conditioning system and the vehicle on the basis of the existing air-conditioning system.
