【摘  要】某車(chē)型量產(chǎn)后，涂裝車(chē)間焊裝白車(chē)身100%存在溢膠問(wèn)題，影響車(chē)身外觀(guān)品質(zhì)和打膠密封作業(yè)，PPM值異常高。本文將按照3824分析法則對(duì)溢膠問(wèn)題進(jìn)行充分分析，并制定出有效措施，以解決該車(chē)型溢膠問(wèn)題。

【Abstract】After the production of a certain type of car，100% of the white body welded in the painting shop has glue overflow problem，which affects the appearance quality of the car body and glue sealing operation，and the PPM value is abnormally high. This paper will fully analyze the rubber Spill problem according to the 3824 analysis method，and formulate effective measures to solve the rubber Spill problem of this vehicle type.
