【摘  要】繼電器作為小電流控制大電流的保護器件，是汽車低壓電路電源分配的重要電器件，用電器功能實現(xiàn)的重要組成部分，因為其特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)，常常又是故障發(fā)生率高的零件之一。本文針對路試驗證中發(fā)生的繼電器失效情況，分析探討故障原因，并提出解決辦法，為后續(xù)繼電器的優(yōu)化和改善提供有力依據(jù)。

Failure Analysis of Blower Relay

【Abstract】Relay，as a protection production for large current，is an important electrical part for low-voltage circuit power distribution in automobiles，and an important part of electrical function realization. Because of its special structure，it is one of the parts with high failure rate. In view of the relay failure in the road test certificate，this paper analyzes and discusses the cause of the failure，and puts forward the solution，which provides a strong basis for the optimization and improvement of the relay.
