淺談端子壓接區(qū)膜層對安全氣囊系統(tǒng)的影響

【摘  要】本文簡單介紹安全氣囊系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成與原理，對故障車及零部件進(jìn)行多種檢測，根據(jù)檢測結(jié)果對氣囊回路阻值高的問題進(jìn)行深入分析，最終確定端子壓接區(qū)形成的膜層導(dǎo)致回路阻值異常，為從源頭上解決該問題提供依據(jù)。由于裝配不當(dāng)造成的線路異常、零部件損壞等原因造成的故障不在本文討論范圍。

The Influence of the Film in the Terminal Crimping Area on the SRS

【Abstract】Vehicles often report high resistance fault of SRS，which is eliminated after maintenance，but the fault reappears after a period of time，and the root cause cannot be found. This paper briefly describes the composition and principle of the SRS，carries out various tests on the faulty vehicle and parts，deeply analyzes the problem of high resistance of the SRS according to the test results，and finally determines that the film formed in the terminal crimping area leads to the high resistance of the circuit，which provides a basis for solving the problem from the source. The faults caused by improper assembly，such as abnormal circuit and damage of parts and components，are not discussed in this paper.
