Abstract：With therapid developmentof information technology，thenumberof multimodaldigitalresources issurging，and theintelligentretrievalandcros-modalcorrelationanalysishasbecomeresearch hotspots.Consideringthatknowledgegraphis aneffectiveknowledgeexpressionandmanagementtoo，aconstructionmethodofknowledgegraphofmultimodaldigital resourcesispopdasedonthisostrutionmethd，theintellgenteealgoritndoss-modalssocaoalis modelaredesigndtoprovideaspeificimplementationpathfortheintellientretrievalndcos-modalassiationanalysisf multimodaldigitalresoures.Theproposedconstructionmetod，intellgentretrievalalgorithmandross-modalaociation analysismodelareverifiedbyexamples.Theresultsshowthattheproposedmethodandmodelarefeasibleand efectivein dealing withtheintellgentretrievalandcross-modalcorelationanalysisofmultimodaldigitalresources，whichcanprovide strongsupportforsolvingproblemsrelatedtomulti-modaldigitalresourcesandpromotethevigorousdevelopmentof informatization.
